Fall Color Coasters

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend!

I wanted to share with you my latest swap project, Fall Color Coasters. The coasters were made usi
ng CD's!! I thought that was a great idea! They were fun and simple to make. Other items I included were a wine bottle bag or you could cover a vase with it. Also, wine glass charms or mug handle charms.

I also would like to show you the coasters I received. They are just adorable! I really like the way she quilted the center of each coaster, especially the pumpkin pie!

Well, I'm off to work on my next swap: Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Awareness.

Hello Everyone!

This is my first post and I am so excited! I'm not sure where to start. I suppose I could start at the beginning (when I was 8-years-old) but that would take way to much time! So we'll just go with the present.

I currently belong to Ravelry. And through Ravelry I just completed an apron swap. It was a lot of fun and my first one.
I also belong to Swap-bot. I completed a FQ swap, as well as, a few One-on-One trades. The following is a shopping bag tote I made for a Something Local Swap. I was to send something that represented the area I live in. So I sent this tote with a vegetable print since I live in the "Salad Bowl of the World" Also at my place of employment we have a group called Otter B. Knittin. We get together during the lunch hour and knit, crochet or whatever stitch we feel like doing. At this time we are working on Hats for the Homeless, as well as, hats for preemies.

That's it for now. Hope you enjoyed this post and will visit again!
